These nationalities can enter Iran without any prior paperwork:

90 days. Turkey, Armenia, Syria
45 days. Georgia
45 days. Oman, Bolivia, Azerbaijan, Lebanon
20 days. China, Hong Kong, Macao, Egypt
15 days. Malaysia, Venezuela
